At Integrity Home Inspections of South Jersey, our owner Nicholas Nicotra is a United States Navy veteran. While serving in the Navy he became a certified Nuclear component high-pressure pipe welder. Nick has over 30 years of construction experience in all aspects of construction; building, repair, maintenance, and inspecting. He is both licensed as a home inspector in New Jersey and certified Nationally through The International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  Nick is also licensed to conduct  Radon measurement testing in New Jersey.

 

Our main focus will consistently be to provide home buyers with the most accurate information needed to make the best-informed decision on what will most likely be one of the largest, if not the largest financial decision for families. During your inspection, we will be evaluating all of the home systems and it's components to give an accurate and detailed report containing all of our findings. We use industry-leading inspection software to produce easy to read reports that consist of high-quality images and videos taken during your inspection. Your detailed password-protected, inspection report can be accessed from anywhere around the world using a computer or mobile device. Best of all, our software is equipped with a personalized  Customer Repair List tool which will allow you to quickly categorize items you wish to have addressed, which can be used in negotiating the purchase of your new home.
